Payouts — Vita Wallet Business API
Vita lets your business send funds from your wallet to multiple destinations through a unified payouts system. Every payout is created against the same endpoint — the transactions_type field in the request body determines which kind of payout is executed. This gives you one consistent integration for internal user transfers, international bank withdrawals, and crypto payments.

Available payout types

Vita Sent

transactions_type: vita_sentSend money instantly to any Vita Wallet user by email, or to an internal blockchain address.

Bank Payout

transactions_type: withdrawalPay out fiat currency to local or international bank accounts in any supported country.

Crypto Payout

transactions_type: crypto_payoutSend USDT or USDC to an external blockchain address or to a Vita user by email.

Transaction lifecycle

All payouts flow through a defined set of statuses:
1

Started

The transaction has been created.
2

Processed

Vita Business is processing the transaction.
3

Pending

The transaction is awaiting its final resolution.
4

Completed or Denied

The transaction has reached its final status.
Vita Sent and crypto payouts to internal users reach their final status immediately. Bank Payouts and external crypto payouts may go through the full lifecycle before being completed or denied.

Receiving status updates

Webhooks are the recommended way to receive final-status notifications for payouts — they’re reliable, secure, and event-driven. See the Webhooks section for setup.

Legacy IPN (deprecated)

IPN notifications are deprecated and will be removed in the future. Please migrate to Webhooks as soon as possible.
The url_notify field is part of the legacy IPN (Instant Payment Notification) system. It’s still functional for existing integrations:
  • If included in the request body, Vita Business sends a POST to that URL whenever the transaction reaches a final status.
  • Notifications retry every 10 minutes for up to 30 days, until your server responds with 200.
  • The payload includes status, order, and wallet (with uuid and token).
  • Validate the signature using the request body and the Authorization, X-Date, X-Login, X-Trans-Key headers.
If you’re starting a new integration, use Webhooks instead.

Common endpoint

All payout types are created through the same endpoint:
The only difference between payout types is the value of transactions_type and the type-specific parameters (email for Vita Sent, bank_account for bank payouts, to_address + network_id for external crypto payouts).
