Exchange — Vita Wallet Business API
When a client needs to convert cryptocurrency to fiat, fiat to cryptocurrency, or one cryptocurrency to another, Vita Business provides the Crypto Exchange service. The exchange runs against your wallet at current market rates — the source amount is deducted from the sending currency and the destination amount is credited to the matching currency balance.
Account activation required. Crypto exchange must be enabled for your business account. Contact support if you don’t have it available yet.
Fiat-to-fiat exchanges are not supported. Exchanges are only allowed between crypto and fiat, or between different cryptocurrencies.
Signature coverage. All exchange parameters — including transactions_type — must be included in the signature validation.

Exchange flow

An exchange is always a two-step operation: you must query a current price before executing the trade.

Get current prices

GET /crypto_prices — returns the valid rates and a valid_until timestamp.
2

Execute the exchange

POST /create_exchange — submits the trade using the quoted price before it expires.
